If not, you should remove the mouse from this port and use it with other USB ports available on your motherboard. 

If your mouse starts working on swapping the ports it means that you have issues related to your USB port. 

Defective Mouse Cord

Another way you can solve this problem with your mouse is that you should inspect the cord; because the mouse cable can be faulty. 

If the mouse cable is defective from anywhere you should repair it or you can replace the complete mouse.

Disappearing Cursor Feature

In the end if you are still facing this problem, it can be caused by your computer. If you have a low end PC or low RAM memory installed on a PC it can randomly stop working/freez and result in mouse issues.

So, you should ensure that you have installed enough RAM on your PC. For the basic tasks you should have 6 GB RAM installed on your device. 

On the other hand if you are using heavy applications, games, or editing videos you should install 8-16 GB RAM.
